JETTA OG 600 is a premium adhesive heavy-duty grease designed for slide rails, metal cables, wire ropes, winches, small open gears and chains working under severe conditions.

  • Operating temperature -20 °C to +180 °C; thermal stability -30 °C to 250 °C
  • Good adherence · high lubricant-film pressure resistance
  • Excellent wear and corrosion protection
  • No hardening or embrittlement of the lubricant film
  • Contains no bituminous ingredients, solvents or toxic heavy metals

Applications

  • Gear drives, slide ways, large-diameter chains and closed wire ropes
  • Open gear drives of mixing drums, dryers, ball mills and rotary kilns
  • Slew-ring gears of converters, cranes, crushers and excavators with spray or central lubrication systems
